Peak Professional Contractors Inc. was established by Mr. David K Brinker and Mr. Jeffrey M. Burns in 1986 with a desire to provide clients with the highest quality of construction and service at a competitive price.
After 17 years of steady growth, Mr. Brinker bought his partner’s share of stock in 2004 and is now the sole owner of the corporation.
As President of PPCI, Mr. Brinker has successfully managed the company for more than 30 years – through the recession of the late 1980s, the expansion years of the 1990s and into the new millennium. He combines his architectural education with more than 30 years of construction and development experience to provide clients with a unique blend of architectural and construction expertise in Retail, Office, Industrial and Hotel construction.
In early 2004, PPCI expanded to include the Hotel Division. Led by John Eldridge, this division specializes in hotel design and renovation, as well as ground up construction, on a national basis. Completed projects have included such brands as: Embassy Suites, Marriott, Sheraton, Holiday Inn and Hilton hotels. This exciting new venture has proven to be a great addition to PPCI.

In order to ensure the highest quality of service, the company depends on more than 30 loyal employees. Our Staff consists of career-minded, goal-oriented, quality-conscious individuals, some who have been with us for more than 25 years.
David Brinker, along with our staff, takes tremendous pride in the projects we complete. We strive to continue our commitment to establish long-term relationships with our clients who have helped us to become successful in the commercial construction industry.
